Decksouth delivered outstanding results. Our project was fairly extensive and included a deck with a stone outdoor kitchen, an outdoor chimney and an expanded downstairs patio area. We used Decksouth to replace an old wood deck with a larger deck using composite decking. Not only did we replace the deck we added additional living space below. Everyone that comes over is also so impressed. The details they put into design and the finished product are what sets them apart. DeckSouth deserves better than just a 5 star rating. They were outstanding in every aspect of their deck building. They built a 50' x 15' trex deck for us which was 10' above ground level. They also finished the area underneath the deck with a beautiful tongue and groove ceiling. The staircase came out just beautiful too. Their attention to detail is beyond words. Their workmanship is the finest in the industry. The subs they have are outstanding. Lamar and John were so helpful in every aspect of the building of this deck and we are so appreciative. We are so excited to show the deck and terrace level to all our friends and entertain in style ! Decksouth recently completed a project for me at my home. It was a complete teardown of the old deck, porch and stairs. The new deck included an extension, porch, outdoor kitchen, lighting and stairs. From start to finish, they made the process easy! Decksouth handled all the county permitting, material delivery, scheduling of crews, electricians, plumbers etc. We loved our crew and were genuinely sad to see them leave! Decksouth is like hiring finish carpenters, who happen to build decks. The craftsmanship is excellent, and so is their service! Everyone who sees the deck is blown away! We love our new deck! The entire process was so professionally handled, start to finish. Mike came up with a beautiful new design for us with a big pergola that adds so much to the overall look. And the construction crew was nothing short of amazing! Miguel and Raul are such precision craftsmen. The workmanship is beautiful. The company has a great reputation throughout our community having built decks and yards for over 2 decades. When John and Shane came out and talked with me about what they could do, they almost made it sound too easy. Almost made me uncomfortable. But when you talk to them and you understand how they approach the projects and then how they integrate, in my case with the landscaper, to give me a completed finished look, I could not ask for anything else.
