If you just need structural plans to start your work, our in-house design team can help! Tell us your ideas and we can provide all the necessary documents. We’ll create a set of detailed 2D structural plans that can be stamped by our engineer and used for your state permit application to get your project moving forward.

Consultation

We determine your goals, wish list, schedule, and budget. Then we move forward with a comprehensive approach to building your new backyard.

Original Design

We visit your property to gather detailed measurements, photographs, notes, and other information. We then create high-quality 3D conceptual plans of the new design.

Approval Process

After creating detailed structural drawings of the project, we then send the plans to a third-party engineer for approval before submitting for a permit.

Customization

Customize your project to fit your vision! Log into your client portal to make project selections such as material, color, finish, and more.

Build

This is the exciting part! Once we receive the permit, and your selections, our master craftsmen bring the design concept to life.
